The Cancun Resort has a beautiful property with great amenities, but unfortunately, it was not ready to host guests during the pandemic. While the cleanliness was a concern, the check-in process was frustrating, and the room had multiple issues that detracted from the experience. The pool area promised a safe environment but was overcrowded, which was disappointing.
